With a Master’s in Human Resources and a certification in HR Analytics from IIM Indore, Arindaam Banerjeea has emerged as one of hospitality’s most respected people leaders, known for transforming workplaces into happy homes.

Celebrated as a People’s Person, Arindaam is an enabler of business and a builder of relationships. Combining his flair for teaching with deep HR expertise, he has been instrumental in setting up HR systems and processes that foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance culture.

His rich experience spans iconic hospitality brands including Hyatt, Taj, Oberoi, Keys Hotels, and Mayfair Hotels & Resorts.

In his last assignment, he served as Director of Human Resources at Aurika Mumbai — the largest inventory hotel of the Lemon Tree Group with 669 rooms.
